PADI FreeDiving Course

FREEDIVING! One of the oldest Human endeavours tracing its roots back to 4500BC is now one of the world’s fastest growing sports and recreational activities on land or sea; and is now available at SUNREEF MOOLOOLABA.

The Ocean is truly the last frontier, where you get to enjoy an environment that is still uniquely wild. The best way to interact with Marine life where you are truly excepted into their environment is, ‘ON ONE BREATH’.

Freediving is not only about descending into the Ocean and looking around at its beauty, but is also the beginning of your journey of, ‘looking within’. On this course you will learn the power of your breath and techniques to increase your breath hold in a fun and safe environment. You will learn how our bodies are truly designed and equipped to dive on breath just like many other Mammals of the sea.

Freediving is about inward power, discipline and control. So if you have ever wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your terms, staying as long as your breath allows then freediving is for you!
